The bathroom includes a tub/shower combo and a large granite vanity with plenty of space to get ready for the beach or rinse off after a full day of island activities. Although the property does not allow AC, the cool, ocean breezes and louvered windows throughout the property more than make up for it.
On-site property amenities include an oceanfront pool with lounge chairs, gas BBQ's, one assigned parking space, a coin-operated laundry facility and of course, breathtaking views of some of the most radiant sunsets in the world. Restaurants, markets, shopping, and golfing are all within minutes, making this a perfect location for your vacation home base.
Please note: The Kahana Reef pool and barbecues remain open for use by residents and visitors, with COVID-19 reservation limitations continuing until Maui County makes an official declaration regarding pools and larger-group gatherings. Guests who want to use the pool must complete a liability release form and sign a copy of the pool rules. The pool may then be reserved by the hour using a sign-up sheet. All forms are available in the Kahana Reef laundry room.
We have added very detailed cleaning checklists and have also implemented dual disinfecting procedures that include cleaning all high-touch surfaces followed by an EPA registered disinfectant. We have also added a second spray of the EPA disinfectant prior to every guest arrival on all doorknobs, handles, remotes, and switches.
All of our properties have keyless entry for contactless arrival and departure and we are requiring all staff and cleaners to wear masks and gloves.
**Lanai Railing replacement project that will take place from June 1, 2022 to July 22, 2022 The project will start on the 4th floor, completing 3 units per day. Work will take place Monday through Friday from 8:00 am through 5:00 pm. This lanai replacement project should have minimal effect on the guest experience, as it’s not an intrusive project.**

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $100.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $100.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
